Returns & Exchanges
At Ann & Hope Curtain & Bath Outlet, your satisfaction is always our highest concern. We know that it's sometimes necessary to exchange or return an item. Merchandise must be returned in new, unused and saleable condition and contain all of the original packaging and accessories. Returns and exchanges must be done within 30 days of the date on the packing list.

We want to make it easy. Simply follow these steps:

1. Complete the returns section on your order's packing slip.
   
2. Secure your merchandise in the original packaging, and enclose the completed return form.
   
3. Return the item by mail or private carrier.

Also, most items can also be returned to your local Ann & Hope Curtain & Bath Outlet store. The return shipping cost will be refunded only if the product is defective or if the wrong item was accidentally shipped.
